EU customers have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. In addition, we offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery for unused, unworn, and unwashed items in their original packaging.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your returned item.

Most Mina-Baie bags are lined with a water-resistant lining that helps protect your belongings from liquid
How Should I Care For My Bags?
We recommend that you protect any light-colored product with a fabric and faux leather protector before use.Light spot cleaning with a clean damp cloth is suggested.
